Maleny Food Co is an award-winning artisanal gelato and sorbet producer located in the picturesque hinterlands near Brisbane, Australia.
They pride themselves on using local Guernsey milk to craft over 100 flavours of gelato, which they serve in restaurants, retailers, and scoop shops across the country.
When Maleny Food Co. started off small in 2001, it managed deliveries with just a small Hilux truck that rarely filled up. Coordinating the deliveries was a manual process. “It was all pieces of paper,” remembers Norman.

“Knowing where the trucks are, the sequence, the route optimization, having all that information at your fingertips makes a big difference than pieces of paper,” says Norman.
